B. A. Voronin, d.yu.n., professor Uralskogo gosudarstvennogo agrarnogo universiteta I. P. Chupina, d.e.n., professor Uralskogo gosudarstvennogo agrarnogo Universiteta YA. V. Voronina, k.e.n., dotsent Uralskogo gosudarstvennogo agrarnogo Universiteta

The formation and development of human capital at different stages of the existence of agricultural activity took place in the context of complex participation in understanding the role and place of the villager in the new rural economy and the emerging social relations of such branches of science as: history, philosophy, psychology, pedagogy, economic theory, jurisprudence and others. ... Our article provides conceptual examples of the complex participation of the above branches of science in the formation and development of human capital in rural areas. The purpose of the study, taking into account the historical experience of the existence of agricultural activity, is to formulate a conceptually interdisciplinary approach to the development of human capital in rural areas in modern socio-economic conditions. The state has now begun to pay more attention to the training and retention of young specialists for work in rural schools, medical institutions, clubs and libraries and other social facilities in rural areas. Provides cash payments for the purchase of housing, special mortgages, financial assistance for other social and household expenses. The same approach is being formed for securing graduates of agricultural education institutions for their further work in agricultural organizations. Here, on the basis of public-private partnership, financial resources are also allocated for the purchase of housing and for other social services. The views on the development of human capital in rural areas for production and economic activity in the agrarian sector of the economy presented in this article indicate the presence of serious problems in this area.
